As a logistic practitioner with a vast experience I advise large and small companies on how to improve the efficiency of their supply chains.
As an Interim Manager, I carry out “special missions”. I am hired for interesting, ambitious projects within supply chain domain, which because of the complicated level or ad hoc nature, should be entrusted to an external expert.
As a business trainer certified by “House of Skills”, for many years I have been leading training and workshops on the supply chain. I either cooperate with companies specialized in training or I do it independently.
During my career I had a pleasure of working with many interesting companies from different industries. The cooperations had different forms: from employment on different positions in logistic departments to advisory services for various supply chain projects. Either, I do not avoid cooperation as an interim manager.
It is an important part of my activity to participate at the industry conferences in Poland and abroad. I believe that this is an excellent way to expand knowledge and to establish business contacts. I’m willing to share our knowledge and experience, this is why, I generally accept the invitations to deliver lectures or to hold workshops.
For many years we have been cooperating with numerous Polish trade magazines where we published our articles. We highly value our long and succesful cooperation with Puls Biznesu – one of the most important business magazines in Poland. We regularely express our opinions on supply chain deliveries or we comment on industry trends.

I am an interim manager, expert of logistic projects, practitioner, advisor, trainer and lecturer. I have 16 years of experience in logistics and in supply chain domains. As an Interim LogisticDirector, I have introduced changes in supply chain process in Baltona S.A. (Flemingo International Group Dubai). Now, I work on operational logistics projects. As an external practitioner expert, I also cooperate with consulting companies in Poland and abroad (PwC, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Inverto AG). In my career, I have also managed the logistic operations in supply chain in Carrefour Polska. Moreover, as an experienced manager I also successfully conducted supply chains of home appliances (ARDO, Delonghi, BEKO, Gorenje). I specialize in cost reduction of supply chains, redefinition of logistic strategies and reconstruction of processes. I have a profound knowledge of logistic industry. I am a member of Polish and international logistic organizations, amongst others, I am an international adviser for the largest logistic organization (Gulf region) with head offices in Dubai. I am also a business trainer certified by House of Skills, lecturer in Kozminsky University in Warsaw and in Warsaw School of Economics. Moreover, I am regularly invited as a speaker at logistic conferences in Poland and abroad.
